An Italian-American food and culture living in Terracina, Italy. As a young journalist living in New York City, Eva worked for marketing firms and TV Guide, Inc. Her food, travel and culture writing has appeared in BBC Future, The Telegraph, Insider Studios (Business Insider), Fodor's Travel GuidesCNN Travel, National Geographic Intelligent Travel, and HuffPo Travel, as well as various lluxury hotel and airline magazines such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Magazine and Mabuhay (Philippines Airlines). She holds a B.A. in English Literature from New York University and an M.Phil in Creative Writing from Trinity College Dublin. Her fiction has been published by various American web journals, and her novel The Revision of Eleanor Reddy has been on various literary award longlists and shortlists, most notably The Luke Bitmead Bursary in 2016 and The Caledonia Novel Award in 2018..


Eva grew up in the United States with an Italian mother and a Guatemalan father, and lived in Japan and Ireland before moving to Italy, where she has lived since 2010. She has been writing since she could hold a pen, but her journey towards becoming a professional writer began with her blog, I Eat My Pigeon, where she chronicled the peaks and valleys of living abroad.
